CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY We kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment — including same-day cancellations — will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • Repeated last-minute cancellations or reschedules may require prepayment for future appointments. SERVICE CHANGES Please note that changes made to a previously booked service may result in forfeiture of the deposit if the change was not initiated or approved by your stylist. This helps ensure proper timing and scheduling availability. GIFT CARD POLICY Appointments booked using a gift card are still subject to our cancellation policy. Any appointment canceled within 24 hours, same day, or marked as a no-show will result in the forfeiture of the gift card amount used to reserve the appointment. Gift cards will not be refunded, reissued, or transferred.
